Please read these Terms carefully before using the AstroX Water Solutions platform. They govern your use of our services and your relationship with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AstroX Water Solutions website and ordering platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
Eligibility
The Platform is intended for registered trade customers operating in India. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorised to bind your entity to these Terms.
Changes to Terms
AstroX Water Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered customers of material changes via email.
2. Account Registration & Access
Account Approval
All new customer registrations are subject to review and approval by AstroX administration. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including accounts that do not meet our trade customer criteria.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any security PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. AstroX is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.
One Account Per Business
Each business entity may register only one customer account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent pricing tiers, credit limits, or account restrictions is prohibited.
3. Orders & Pricing
Order Placement
Orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by AstroX. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after acknowledgement, if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing, or for any other legitimate business reason.
Trade Pricing
Pricing displayed on the Platform is exclusive trade pricing for registered customers. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of order confirmation.
Trade PIN
Some pricing tiers require entry of a Trade Security PIN. This PIN is confidential to your account. Do not share it with unauthorised persons. AstroX is not liable for pricing access obtained through misuse of your PIN.
Minimum Order Quantity
Certain products may have minimum order quantities (MOQ). Orders below the specified MOQ may be rejected or subject to revised pricing.
4. Payment & Credit
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed individually with each customer account. Default terms are cash on delivery (COD) unless a credit facility has been approved in writing by AstroX.
Credit Limits
If your account has an approved credit limit, you may not place orders that would exceed that limit without prior written authorisation. AstroX reserves the right to modify or withdraw credit facilities at any time.
Overdue Accounts
Accounts with overdue balances may have their ordering access suspended until outstanding amounts are settled. AstroX reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable law.
5. Delivery & Returns
Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates provided are indicative only and not guaranteed. AstroX is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us of any defects, shortages, or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or supplied in error. All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to inspection by AstroX. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on the Platform, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of AstroX Water Solutions or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your authorised business purchasing purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
Prohibited Uses
You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our software. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Product Information
Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may vary from the actual product. AstroX makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of product information.
Platform Availability
We do not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time without notice.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. AstroX is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroX Water Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Cap on Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Account Settings page, or by contacting us in writing. Termination does not cancel any outstanding orders or payment obligations.
Termination by AstroX
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate business reason. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
